What final boss actually broke you?

There's a old ps2 game called Headhunter.
Typical 2002 type, drive there, shoot there, gargle pebbles.
I don't even remember the story but there was a boss fight in an...underground fight club(?). One hit from the boss caused 50% damage, while he needed dozens to empty his health bar only for him to reveal a second bar.
But at one point, after HUNDREDS of attempts, the boss got glitched in a corner and i just stood there and unloaded bullets into him.
I would never have got past without that glitch.
