I haven't seen my cat in 4 days and now Vin's saves won't load at all.
PS4 Fallout 4 players, I need your help. I loaded up Vin today to carry on settlement building. I'd been having messages that the game couldn't save please remove 0kb of memory and then continue... which makes no sense. The loading screen showed the screenshots of where I had saved and I could access them... but suddenly I was getting that message every time it tried to autosave too.
I systematically went back through my oldest saves and found a few that worked, so though I'd lost the gym and the interior work I'd done on the hospital, I decided to build a missing roof and video what I had.
Then I tried to save again. No luck. I went through systematically and *none* of the saves loaded this time. I tried restarting, no luck. Have I really just lost this character's game? A different character of mine loaded up just fine (lucky, I needed a screenshot of an NPC).
So far the only fix I can find for this is 30003 - 5 error message is to wipe Fallout 4 off the console. Does this mean we lose all the characters from all the users? Will it affect other games saves?
Did I just lose Vincent entirely? I have PSN and backed up there but would that have also copied this bug?
I'm going to try and contact Bethesda. I just didn't need this crap today. I'm worried about my cat, too...and I'm too much of a MacCready to swear.
