Omg part of me didn't even expect you to answer and I'm so glad you did because you were so helpful. I have another question about how to change the sizes of the little stat bars, or is that even a thing you can do with this PSD?

Yes! You can adjust the little stat bars. You can go under the layer group, pick a layer and resize it like you would for any other image. Make sure you just change the width and not the height! It might help to zoom in so you don’t accidentally mess up the height of the bars.

could someone link me to maybe a tutorial or something of how to make text visible in photoshop like this with a shadow-like effect under the text so the lightness of the gif doesn't wash it out like this
