A Sea of Rage - Impossibilities Breaking Against Stone
Maya Hanagami, the Master of Chaldea that shouldn't be, humanity's last Master. Her die was not meant to be cast here, saving the Human History from those who sought to alter it so thoroughly and completely. But the strings of fate are fickle, the smallest trip can send one down roads of impossibilities, change you from who you are meant to be as reality shifts and bends around trillions upon trillions of little mishaps and choices.
But is this Maya any less real than the one she was destined to be? A Maya hellbent on forcing reality to bend, one who'd gladly soak her hands in the blood of loved ones simply to gain an outcome she thought was just and right? This Maya of Chaldea is so much more carefree, so much more kind, all while still having that rooted sense of cold justice.
Some facts are immutable across countless timelimes, somethings remain the same. Maya will always do whatever she needs to when she has her eyes set on what she feels is correct. She lacks hesitation. But she still has kindness and mercy, only going as far as is truly nessicary.
But mercy cannot extend endlessly. And when the Maya who was meant to be awakens in the rage and fire that fills Maya of Chaldea... she will understand that perfectly. Her eyes, clear and pure amongst the pain and blood.
She will do what she must. In a dark place, far from those who would stop her, she puts her new understanding to use. Her body the catalyst, her life the power, the crest carved into flesh.
She's done with this game she was forced to play, losing so much and seeing so much lost. They will pay. She was not meant to be, the Lostbelts she wiped out were not meant to be... but all their lives, pains, tears, blood are so very real. Their rage is real.
Maya cries out, to anyone that would hear her. Cries out for vengeance. A bloodied contract for all of those made pawns in a game designed by a so called god.
She offers everything, every ounce of herself and her unbrudled rage... and it is accepted.
Maya Hanagami, the Master of Chaldea that shouldn't be, humanity's last Master... Now she is the Fury.
And she burns.
OK well @hasbbdoneanythingwrong brought up mastersonas as servants so I'm doing mine now. As some more veteran members of this community may remember I did do the idea of Rex as a pseudo-servant for the mesoamerican monster Cipatli. But I did kinda pushed it away.
But coincidentally I was thinking of a more satisfying servant Rex idea today. I'll write a story on how Rex gets like that soon enough but let's just get to the details right now.
