The real you is whomever you decide you want that to be. This can sound confusing or seem impossible but this is simply how the human mind scientifically works. . In order to make this a reality it doesn’t require your belief any more than believing in gravity makes gravity work. Gravity is here whether you believe in it or not. . There is such a power and drive for the mind and person to be consistent with itself that almost nothing can interfere with that. What that means is that if you decide or believe that you’re a certain way, no amount of money, fame, success, or influence is going to change that. Nothing can change that until you decide that you’ll have a different opinion or belief of yourself. The difficult part of course is in making that change. The difficult part that 95% of people consistently fail at is accurately changing the belief so that when your actions and mind are consistent, that the result is one that is in alignment with what you believe your best outcome should be. . The work is simple but it takes work at the same time. . The difference between you trying again once you fail is your mindset. The difference between you landing a gig or picking up the phone again or closing a sale is your decision to do that. Nothing changes between one moment when you feel you’re in top of the world and another where you want to give up except your circumstances and when the circumstances of life hit you and you have no control over what’s coming next or why it happened, the thing you do have control over is your mindset and your decision to get back up. . Your mindset is more important than your education on any topic or who you know or what your abilities are. You need to have those things in place but without the proper mindset you’re capped. Without the proper mindset everything that you invested can and will blow away. Secure your investments. Secure your efforts. Take your life to wherever you want to bring it. I didn’t know... I didn’t know how important mindset was and the true power of motivation even when I started. I’m a positive person and I’ve always believed in making sure my mind and outlook were constructive and I don’t surround myself with negativity at all but I thought that was sort of a given in order to succeed or even live with any sort of peace. What I didn’t know and didn’t realize is that if you have everything going for you that your simple mindset can render it all useless. Conversely, if you have nothing going for you and your mindset is charged and turned on, you can create something out of completely nothing. .
