Yesterday gig was about High Quality #Medication #Reconciliation . How to make it effective and consistent, what are the barriers we faced and how to overcome them, moreover... an updated form "MedRec list", new interview card and an enhanced process flow map "MedRec Tools". A policy update is due especially after moving from the old #PSRA to the new #ROP. A 5-steps process #TJC #JCI is more us that a 3-steps process #ACI . Our approach is a little more retrospective than a prospective one though. Anyhow, I would like apologize for our new colleagues in the pharmacy; maybe that wasn't your need, I am arranging a whole new training program for you... #HQ #MedRec #Pharmacy #HospitalPharmacist #Pharmacist #PatientSafety #Quality #Accreditation #CPPS (at Kuwait Cancer Control Center KCCC) https://www.instagram.com/p/BwR5c1TFQMZ/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=b0kqds1wh64x

The Banshee’s Wail || OPEN
Luna ran her hands against the gown in her lap, the expensive silk running through her fingers like butter. The silk was a deep burgundy, reminiscent of the peonies growing in Crow Manor’s garden and one of Luna’s favorite colors. Her fingers lingered on a panel along the shoulder of the garment, small, precise and skilled stitches hiding the jagged rip that had been there. Gone was the smell of sweat and the dark spatters of mud, the dress now smelling faintly of lavender. It seemed strange that the damage could be so easily undone, a mere needle and thread mending the damage done to the beautiful garment.
3 Months earlier
The morale amongst the city fae had dwindled, the plague seeming to wipe away the happiness and life from the once bustling territories. Now all who could stayed inside, the stench of the dead still lingering in the city air. Wagons went to and fro from the mass graves that had been dug in the Wildlands, carrying plague victims. Only the rich had proper burials, buried in golden caskets, swathed in silks and adorned with jewels. The impoverished were buried in mass graves. The sound of the death cart’s wheels against the cobblestone streets now held dread for the city fae.
The plague’s destruction had been swift, taking out 1/3 of the Unseelie knights. Crime had risen since it had begun, the lack of authority’s presence had lulled the city’s criminals into a sense of security. Nobles were easy targets for thieves.
As her gilded carriage made it’s way back to the castle, Luna eased off her shoes and arched her aching feet. The heels of the shoes pinched when she danced. But, she’d hardly noticed it the whole night, to caught up in the party. But now, sitting in the carriage, Luna could feel the dull throb of her feet and the blisters beginning to form.
There was something eery about the city after dark, the streets pitch dark except for the few streetlights dotting the roads. Unlike a human city, the flickering flames within each streetlight were conjured with glamour, glowing more vibrantly than a real flame. But, still it was no match for the darkness, which seemed to settle over Belladonna like a heavy blanket.
It was only when the carriage was surrounded, the scant light flickering over the outlines of multiple figures on either side of the carriage that Luna noticed them advancing. It wasn’t until a palm smacked against the glass window that Luna began to scream.
It was a haze of voices and movement, Luna not sure how she got from outside the carriage out onto the streets. All that she knew was that she was barefoot, the burgundy silk of her dress ripped at the shoulder. Hands reached out towards her, snatching at her finery. Her pearl necklace burst as someone ripped it from her neck, plump beads rolling onto the cobblestone. The robbers dove for the precious pearls, giving Luna the distraction she needed to flee. She could hear the carriage drivers screams as she fled.
Her hair had begun to escape her coif in the struggle, tendrils of hair sticking to the sweat on her forehead. Luna tore blindly through the night, only knowing she wanted to put as much space between her and them as she could.
