how do you draw so realistically? you're so talented! do you use colored pencils?

thank you so much!! i just kinda wing it on all my drawings honestly, i never know if something’s gonna turn out looking realistically. i pay really close attention to color and light variation and then my proportions are shit which is why i cheat with the grid. and yeah, colored pencil is my favorite thing to use :)
