Psychara’s Inktober Day 23: Spoopy Pusheen

Well this went better than expected. I didn't know where I wanted to take this when I started out, but I figured a cheshire-esque grin would work. I originally figured "just add a lot of eyes to it, that'll be creepy", but then I thought the dead black circles were enough. See you tomorrow ;)

Psychara’s Inktober Day 31: Spoopy Villain

I spent some time wondering what villain to choose. I considered Ursula, or Bill Cipher, even Oogie Boogie from Nightmare before christmas. In the end I decided to go for the evil queen from Snow white. I wasn't planning on making her all symmetrical but since her main focus was on her beauty and vanity I figured I'd make her as beautiful as possible. So, symmetry. 

And with this final drawing, inktober is over for this time. I had a lot of fun, so I might do this again next year. Some days were more difficult than others, but I did it. 31 days, 31 drawings. All in black and white. Now, time to go back to colour ;)

Day 9: Spoopy Skull, and Day 10: Spoopy Plant 

 And with that I'm back on track, so back to 1 per day :) I definitely had fun with the skull this time, and the plant is supposed to be based on those pitcher plants, because I find them fascinating. 

Time: 1 hour, and 30 minutes respectively.

Psychara’s Inktober Day 28: Spoopy Bird

My dad has been suggesting for literal years now that I draw "twa corbies", so of course I had to do it now when the prompt was bird! Plus, I love ravens, so that was my instant choice for this one. And I'm really happy with the results. I wanted them to be a matching, but opposite pair, and I did want them to kind of represent Hugin and Munin. For someone who really don't draw birds all that often, I think I did pretty good.
