                           everything had such a nice simplicity to it when the hunt was straightforward. jado loved a challenge, loved the chase, and he was cunning and charismatic enough to make tricksters blush, but he didn’t much like the LONG games. putting a mask on was fine, in some sense and in small doses, almost made him feel free, but eventually it grated on him ; rusted at his edges. 

                          so staking out some SOUTHERN BELL in the ass end of nowhere? he’d been coasting on irritated for the last day and a half. and it was fucking humid. a convincing amount of dirt and blood smeared over his face and clothes. jado put on his best wounded yet sheepish face as he knocked on his target’s door.
