In his semi-awake state, Shadow leans over and flicks Silver on the forehead. “Your issue is that you don’t trust yourself enough.” He smirks, knowing look on his face.

The black hedgehog withdraws his hand and slumps backwards into the grass. It cocoons his body, cool against his back. He sharply exhales. Worn out...

Silver’s a good fighter and he has a good heart. That’s his biggest strength. It’s also his biggest weakness.

Really though, Shadow supposes that there’s worse flaws to have. In a way, he’s a little jealous of Silver for that.

I am always in to have Shadow have more friends even if he’s awkward and grumpy; I’m also curious about the kinship link. I haven’t ever really considered that before, but it could be interesting given they both have backgrounds of “everyone around us is dead, Jim”.

I’ve never really historically been a fan of Shadilver but I’m not necessarily opposed to it either, so we’ll just have to see where the cards lie?!?!?!

Listening to Rouge. Deciding to not blow up the planet. 

Nah. It’s deciding to dedicate a good portion of his life to one-upping Sonic, although Shadow will never admit that.

Shadow is extremely thankful to Sonic for fighting him in SA2, because without knowing him, he would have continued down the wrong path and lived a remarkably unhappy life. Honestly, I don’t even know if Shadow is AWARE that he’s this grateful for Sonic in his life. Maybe on some subconscious level?

OOC: Well there’s been a few RP partnerships that have gone sour, but it was mostly because I was no longer willing to be their verbal punching bag. They went around to some of the people I RPed with and tried to spread a few rumors about me because instead of allowing the abuse to continue, I blocked their blogs and blacklisted their urls so I no longer had to see them on my dash when we had mutual partners. 

But it’s not something I regret doing because it was for my own mental health. If it was a question of if I would forgive them, it would depend on if they had actually taken time to think on their actions and maybe correct the behavior so that future partners wouldn’t go through the same thing. If they actual showed regret and understanding for their actions, I think I would be willing to try to open communication again.

//OH definitely my previous RP blog experience. I used to Red Alert not too long ago, but the community was very difficult for me to interact in, despite me absolutely LOVING being Red Alert. Sometimes RPCs on tumblr just.. are VERY difficult to get into because of the people involved, and I regret abandoning my blog because I was just unable to reach out and try to find people who I would have been able to actually enjoy RPing with. Unfortunately a lot of RPers I came across seemed to only want angst and for my character to relive traumas and not grow past his mental illnesses, something I specifically put in the about that I was uncomfortable with... Perhaps I’ll revive him someday, but not soon
