-Toffee is Tetra’s Aunt and takes care of them often when their parents are busy (which is often) -Toffee is blind, using  clairvoyance on Preston, her service dog and on a projection she makes  (either free roam or on the cable she has augmented into her outfits herself) if the situation needs it, but usually gets around using her cane and the help of Preston -Preston is the result of a generational experimental test of constant psitonium exposure  and contact on Canines, and thus has developed telekinesis and Zoolinguism. aka HE can talk to people. He is also an official psychonaut agent mostly because i think it’s funny :) -Tetra is selectively mute, but communicates via creating figments which float around them, Which they either use to illustrate what they want to communicate or may sometimes manifest  subconscious thoughts
