“why’d you want to come down to the water if you weren’t going to enjoy it?” fallon asked as she looked up at him and the waves reached her toes. she wasn’t expecting an invitation from preston out of all people, but i guess when you make someone a s’more they’re bound to soften up a little. the boy didn’t even tell her his name, thankfully she overheard someone attempting to get his attention or she’d had to refer to him as ‘guy’ for the rest of the evening.

there had to be a reason why the water was the selected location, right? the brunette looked out at the water before turning her attention back up to him. a mischievous smile appeared on her face before she placed both of her hands on his chest and playfully pushed him back into the water.
