“Hey Saito, glad I found you!”
The redhead dug into her shoulder bag, and pulled out a small gift wrapped bag with a bow on top, “Found something you might like since it reminded me of our first meeting!”

[Saito stared at the text, and his stomach turned. Did he really not say anything for such a long time? How long had he been in this rut? The detective began tapping away at his phone.]
[TEXT]: Hey. Something came up. Are you and Sissel available right now?
[Right now? He’s supposed to be at work right now, but…]
[TEXT]: Mind if we meet up somewhere? I’ll bring some snacks or something. This may take a while…
Of course Yomiel was worried. He knew that being a detective, Saito was probably busy but he also had a feeling that perhaps something happened. Sissel had been worried about him too.
[TEXT]: Sure, we can meet up in a cafe, maybe?
[TEXT]: There’s a cafe near the school Sissel works in, we could meet up there.
[TEXT]: I’ll text you and when we’re there ok?
psyncin-in-the-restrain is witnessing “Tiny Mew Time”!
This rock? It’s a nice rock to sunbathe on. The tiny white kitten was resting on it, letting their long tail flow in the gentle breeze.
This will be their rock, and their rock for...how many minutes? Time was strange to the tiny kitten.
「 sai-bar!! 」
[Today was his day off, and he had a few more days under his name after finishing his latest case. Honestly, after having to stay within the same district for what felt like weeks annoyed Saito. He wanted to do something different, but didn’t know what. Thankfully, he ran into Vivian. Well, it was more like bumping into her. Again.]
[This time, it was his turn for blame to fall upon. Not that it mattered to him at all; Saito was alright with it. Still, who would’ve thought they’d see each other again?] “So where you headed today, Vivi?”
The whole entire time, Vivian couldn’t help staring at her lap while sitting with her legs situated apart and hands clasped along her knees. When it came down to it, long train rides could be so boring... especially without WiFi to help her wile away the boredom. For a while now, she had grown tired of staring at her phone, so as one could imagine, hearing Saito’s voice has her turning around, accompanied by childish glee seeping through her features.
“ Ooh, it’s Sai-bar! Hello! ” she excitedly waves before moving her legs over until her thighs were comfortably pressed together... not to appear more modest, per say, but to accommodate some more space for her newfound companion next to her. Well, whatever the case, no one can dare say she’s not genuinely happy to see him, considering how often she wore her heart on her sleeve.
“ Huehuehue~ I’m glad you asked. You see, I’m headed all the way over to Akihabara this afternoon, ” Vivian goes on to inform him, allowing whimsical laughter to briefly accompany her words. “ Don’t tell me... you wanna COME too?! ” Sure enough, her voice fills with hopeful anticipation; needless to say, it became rather apparent she happened to be one extroverted woman.

PSYNCIN’ IN THE PTOMaiNE
@psyncin-in-the-restrain from Psyncing with Saito:
[It was odd to think that the actual dream she was in now felt more real than the waking world outside. When they told her that she’d have to go into his mind, she had assumed in a figurative, ‘try to understand him’ way. Not ‘literally go into his dream’ way! It felt a little intrusive, but the people were investigating a murder. And she had to do what she could to help. But that was the thing... did Saito actually do that murder? What if everybody was wrong?]
“--Right.”
[She didn’t have time to worry! The people that worked the machine told her that she only had six minutes in here. She looked at the bench, the water fountain and a tree with a hole. She had been given little direction apart from ‘just try things’.]
“...Let’s take a sip of water.”
[She wasn’t thirsty, but it was worth a shot, right? She walked to the water fountain and tried to turn on the flow of water to drink.]
@psyncin-in-the-restrain || Continued from here.
"No reason." The female says back cheerfully as she walks beside him, shrugging her shoulders nonchalantly, "I just saw you walking and wanted to join. Is that okay? Are you going anywhere in particular?" Her arm slightly tightens around his. She didn't want to do anything to bother him, obviously so she hopes that she didn't.
Oh no, My Soup!
@psyncin-in-the-restrain
[Giovanni was frantic. He’d Misplaced his Ancient Potion somewhere. What if he was attacked by a member of Bliss Ocean? What if he accidentally stubbed a toe? He needed to find it. His eyes scanned the area around where he’d last seen it.]
“There!”
[He crouched down low, spotting a man holding his favorite thermos. Hot soupy steam built up around him before he redirected the pressure down, launching himself into the air. He landed behind the stanger with cat-like agility.]
“Teleports behind you.” [He said softly.]
“Excuse me... guy. That’s. That’s my Ancient Potion you’re holding.”
(( GAME OVER for Verdant and Assassin :> ))
Lucy found her self once again taped to a chair. Face to face with a mad man. At the very least Rohan wasn’t espouseing the merits of color theory to her while they waited.
However, the trade-off was that he had been much more thurough in making she she couldn’t move.
“I was curious...” Rohan polished his gun. “What on earth could make Saito want to go freelance.” He paused, as though waiting for her to answer before ‘remembering’ she couldn’t and laughing.
“I suppose the fact someone kept pushing a higher bounty on your head should have been my first clue, and the fact he... ‘just missed you’ every time... But he’d always been such a good member of the family...” Rohan almost sounded like a disappointed father. It made her sick.
Then she heard it. Faintly. Screaming and gun fire. Someone was quickly and mercilessly tearing their way through Rohan’s HQ.
[connect to ‘Bastard’s phone’.]
[Connecting!]
“Ah. He’s here sooner than I expected...” Rohan stood up.
[Connected! Should I text Barton?]
[No. leave memo.]
[Should I set a ping for the memo?]
Rohan lined up his shot.
Two bangs fill the room, each only seconds from the other. One just a little too late to stop the pain that robbed Lucy of her vision.
“WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO!?” His voice sounded so far away...
“What did I do? Saito, this is your M.O..You’re the one who went crazy and killed her.”
Another bang robbed Lucy of the rest of her senses... leaving her with just enough to...
[send...]
The last thing she heard was her own memo playing from Saito’s phone:
“Memo from: ‘Damned Detective’! I love you.”
