Absolutely! We only *prefer* HK works, not require them.

You might be able to? It depends on the pitch honestly. We prefer if the main siblings take precedant though. But in the first zine, we did allow other 'siblings' in the artwork, like Kingsmoulds or the Collector. Characters that arent directly siblings but are related are allowed in your works however; for instance we allowed the pale king and white lady in their works, though not many people did it.
