✦ He adjusts your posture by placing one hand on you lower back and the other on your hip, while giving you soft orders about the positions he’d like you in.

✦ Checks angles while you’re mid-exercise.

✦ He fully weaponizes eye contact during squats.

✦ If you hesitate before a heavy lift, he steps behind you, so close that his chest is grazing your shoulders blades, assuring you in a determined manner that he’s got you.

✦ PT!Nando loves to see the look in your eyes when you push past your limits, and it’s secretly one of his turn-ons.

✦ Praises you every time you nail a movement.

✦ Counts your reps in Spanish, but he’s doing it slowly on purpose.

✦ When you do well, he rewards you with a pleased hum as he nods, a hand always finding your waist for a few seconds as he walks past.
