#pt2399 delay

i couldnt help but add an overdrive capacitor to the pt2399 delay. the 1st transitor gets switched on gradually via the 10 uF elco, powers a function-on-led and switches on the signal passing transistor, which closes a feedback loop through the piece of candy on the breadboard
