Poem, if you please. :)
When in the springtime of the year
Turn to me with frozen lips
If they asked me I could write a book
And as the raven flies she feels unwelcome
Oh night, oh night
So this popped up my Pandora channel last week and I ask myself "what is this sweet James Bond music and why isn't it actually a James Bond theme and who is she? I must hear more." And then proceeded to force my coworkers to listen to every song of hers on Grooveshark.
Today I am looking for video for Dreamer to share with pterocera because I think she will really like it (classically trained! piano! peppy!) and right at the top of the comments section is someone going "DRAGON AGE SINGER!!1!" because, as it turns out, one of the bard's songs in the tavern, Sera was never, is cowritten and sung by her. And now I am laughing to myself that even when I'm not actively dragon aging, I am dragon aging. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES??? (Actually pretty good, because Pandora did the same fucking thing to me with DA2 and Florence + the Machine. Pandora you can sometimes be creepy.)
ETA: Update! ... She sings all the tavern music, dumbass.
Frankenstein, Redwall, The Hobbit
hmm. I think I would read Frankenstein, because I really liked it and there isn't much I would change. I would rewrite Redwall, but just enough to get the canon more in line with the rest of the series. If we're talking about rewriting the whole series, I would add some more female Champions, completely redo the plots of Outcast and Taggerung, add some openly queer characters, and do more with gray areas of morality. And it's been a while since I've read The Hobbit so I'd burn that, if only because that's just what's left.

Aww, London! <3 London. Although seriously, what up, Trafalgar Square? Blue roosters are cool?
Apparently they only put it up last week. It's pretty hilarious. Doesn't really fit in with the decor, though, does it.

Say hi to His Grace and Sir Nelson for me! And see if you can go up and spot the giant golden pineapple!
Golden pineapple? Where?

Tip: pajama left on the bed will often be put under the pillow.
It was not. The shirt was in my suitcase and the pants were on the top shelf of the closet along with my jacket. Why.

What’s your favourite fandom?Harry Potter was my first fandom so it has a special place in my heart and I will always love it so it is my favorite.
if you could read minds, whos mind would you probe first? (unless you don’t want to)My mom's.
which meal of the day is the best? I love breakfast when it is eggs and bacon and pancakes and stuff, but not so much when it is just cereal.
would you ever dye your hair a strange colour (i.e. blue)? Nah.
do you enjoy drawing? No because I suck at it.
spock and Sherlock get into a battle of wits. who wins? Ahh excellent question. I would have to say Spock. Sherlock is very good at making logical deductions, and of observing things closely. But Sherlock also lacks a lot of factual knowledge (like the solar system) where as Spock is both logical and factual, so Spock.
you are in the zombie apocalypse and must make a team of 5 people (fictional or real) to fight them off. who do you choose? My best friend as the sidekick/best friend/comic relief. Spock as the logical voice of reason. Han Solo as the hot head who shoots everything and trains the rest of us how to kill. My friend who has traveled around the U.S. a lot (he can be navigator). And Chris Pine for his body.
you are still in the zombie apocalypse. your 2 favourite fictional characters/teammates are dying. who do you save? Well my favorites of this group are my best friend and Spock. I'd save my best friend (sorry Spock)
whats your favourite colour? Purple
what shampoo do you use? Head and Shoulders
if you could time travel to any point in history, when would it be and why? The distant future. Maybe around one thousand years to see what is going on with the world. Also maybe back to Jesus's time to settle the whole "Is he the son of God thing"

2. Who is the better hero? Captain Kirk or Harry Potter?

I remember sitting through a ’70s Lear for class once — likely the same one, and so, so terribad. I have yet to see a production of Lear that makes me at all like Lear himself. I’m 3 for 3 on wanting to smack him upside the head the whole time.
So, so bad. The one in black and white with the dead rats and the five minutes of absolute silence while looking at random people's faces at the beginning?
I think that's sort of the point? I mean he's not a very likable person even before he goes mad. I dunno, maybe we're supposed to sympathize with him during the storm and at the end. But yeah, definitely not my favorite character or my favorite play.

Falstaff is a character in the two Henry IV plays, a buddy of/bad influence on Prince Hal (stick with me here). People liked Falstaff so much, Shakespeare wrote another play about Falstaff in love, and that play is Merry Wives of Windsor. Enjoy!
Ohh. I've never read either of the Henry IVs but I've heard about Falstaff! Thanks.
