Sous les allures d’album de pop ensoleillée inspirés par la pochette de leur premier album, the Deviants ne sont pas là pour que dégouliner de joie et d’amour. Créé en 1967 The Deviants sont en effet plus proche des Stooges ou de Syd Barret que de Manfred Mann. Les pochettes des albums suivants le montreront en effet plus volontiers.

At this point, I should probably point out that I am alive, well, and safe following Boston's harrowing (if refreshingly brief) nightmare. Planet was closed yesterday, obviously-- everyone but me at the store lives in Watertown, and my boss had SWAT guys literally in his backyard-- but we will be open in time to ring in Record Store Day today. So if you're in the Boston area, celebrate the end of lockdown by coming in for some good tunes and good times!
