What's new in the platform May 2013

May has seen many improvements. Too many to list really. But here are the more notable ones. 

Get Data Enhancements

We've done numerous enhancements to the speed of the get data process. Not everyone will see benefits but some will. And the ideas used will be implemented in other parts. We want to keep pushing the speed and responsiveness agenda as time is precious for everyone.

New Sales Journal Record data set

A new data set for MYOB has been added and can be integrated with. The Sales Journal Records data set can be used to produce pivot table reports in excel with your MYOB sales data.

The example below is one such report it can produce. 

Job Sets

We've enhanced the job set functionality to include rules based on the contact and managers field in MYOB. If you use job reports and have contacts or managers for your jobs and want to quickly produce reports for those contacts or managers, this functionality will come in handy.

Security

The login screen will remember the user name and is easier to use with only the keyboard. Less clicks, less typing, more work done.

Publish

We've changed the names of the publish sheets that get generated. The published sheet will be easier to identify as the job name or category name will come first.
