I figured a way to make this not too painful for me at night. I decided to do half in the morning and half at night. It feels so much better. And like, I can do that, right? The challenge does say that I have to do 100 blah blahs on this day and 110 on the next, but it doesn't necessarily mean I have to do them all at once on that specific day, right? Right. Okay yay.
This actually helps me wake up in the morning.
