I dated a Ramona Flowers clone once. This does not mean that I will fight Scott Pilgrim though, that kid has moves. Tried to make this sound like Toronto. Happy parts are obviously due to Ramona's influence. I have to pee.

And this is someone elses insight into the song:

This song has an interesting vibe, it shifts from a melancholy vibe to a happier sound. I guess in general it really paints a good picture of how tough love can be to work through, but yet how satisfying it is when you finally get it right...You know this song does not sound incomplete to me at all. Perhaps some light strings in the background for the happier parts could add a little touch more emotion, and for the harder uncertain sounding parts, a nice chugging guitar line might do the trick. At the same time, I already like this how it is and I wouldn't want to ruin things by over doing it. I think you did a great job with this, and it's pretty nice as it is.
