things we can do to keep the puckentine tag alive:

make fanmixes based on past episodes or fanfics (so many good puckentine fanfics out there now you could come up with such varied mixes!!!!!)

post headcanons

make fanart based on fanfics (technically the fanfics are our only way to get new puckentine stuff now so why not draw inspiration from them!! draw lots of inspiration from them!!!)

make manips or fake gifsets based on fanfics (come on you guys we've seen so many other fandoms do this we can totally pull it off given the right amount of dedication and scene-searching)

post fic prompts!!!!

make videos

write fics based on seemingly insignificant puckentine moments in the newer episodes (there's a lot of them and you've seen them pointed out many times before, so why not write oneshots or even multichapters based only on that slight touching of hands or prolonged eye contact or giggles or whatever)

aight guys i know these are basic and obvious fandomy things to do, but with the amount of negativity i've been seeing in the tag (it used to be such a bright and cheerful and fluffy place, what happened?) i thought i'd remind you of the things we used to do and the things we still can do!

i know this probably won't last too long, we'll probably run out of fluff and angst to think up and scenes to gif and manips to make after some time, but wouldn't it be better for the tag to die out the way it used to live? with lots and lots of posts of our favorite ship and how much we love them and want them to be together as opposed to text posts saying goodbyes and crying emoticons and all that?

some of us have moved on way early because of the gradual lack of puckentine in the show lately, i know that, but what about the few of us that still miss the ship sometimes and come across some cheesy love song once in a while and think "damn, this would be perfect for puckentine"? after all, isn't that how this tag and this puckentier deal came to be - from a shy number of only 4 or 5 bloggers constantly posting in the puckentine tag - until it attracted newer shippers?

i don't know, you guys. i just think it'd be nice for us if in the future, when this puckentine thing is over with and we've outgrown it, and we type puckentine into the tumblr search box just for the heck of it, and the last posts you see are still your and your friends posts freaking out over tiny moments and gifsets, and you remember the positivity this ship and this fandom gave you instead of mourning its premature cancellation. i don't know, i just think that'd be nice.

I have triple checked my information, via Nick.com, IMDb, and the Sam and Cat wikia, There will be a NEW EPISODE this Saturday June 7, 2014. The name of the episode is #Knockout. I literally had a dream about new episodes of Sam and Cat two days ago so this is just like serendipity. Spread the word to the Puckentier Flock, I want this tag to be alive this Saturday!!!! To My Followers

To my fellow Puckentiers, you may have noticed I have begun to post about Elsanna, this in no way, shape, or form, means I am even fathoming abandoning the good ship Puckentine. I know we seem to be losing members left and right, but I'm not going anywhere. I shall be here, even after the show is over, whenever that may be, reminiscing fondly about my favorite moments between my favorite couple. Once a puckentier always a puckentier. I won't insult Elsanna and say it is not as wonderful as Puckentine, because it is, all my OTPs are equally special and beautiful in my eyes. I will be posting about Elsanna to fill the gap during the Puckentine off times, if this bothers some of you, I'm sorry, but I simply have to be shipping something, this is non-negotiable. On a bittersweet note, a new episode of Sam & Cat is this Saturday, it is also the season finale, and quite possibly the final episode.
