puckerswilde answered your question: I don't believe her for a second.
Exactly.
This might be considered offensive to some so I'll just put it under a read more.
1. I consider this sex. Yes, she allegedly wanted to have sex without a condom on BUT if she knew he wasn't going to meet what she said in this encounter, she should have fought like hell to get up and walk out the door. God forbid it got to this point but even if he physically attacked her and raped her, she should have fought like hell to get out of that room.
2. She waited an ENTIRE MONTH to report this sexual battery. Which I understand. Victims of assault often times do not want to relive the attack or anything else that emotionally hinders them. However, this brings me to the third point.
3. It was ONLY when she saw him in bed with ANOTHER woman that she decided she should step forth with this claim. It was ONLY when she felt she might have gotten a STD from him did she decide to step forth with this claim. I know for myself, looking at the alleged pic of assault, if it was THAT horrible of an attack, I would have reported it. I know not everyone is myself or thinks like I do but I just can't imagine having the PROOF of the attack and not going for it the night it happened. Because it looks brutal.
4. Why now? No offense to Mark but he's not the leading man for a tv show OR even a known superstar. He couldn't possibly have the resources to keep her quiet for two years WITHOUT this slipping out by someone.
5. From what we know and what we have now, the timeline of this attack, reporting, and suing makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I'm all about the facts and known information about cases and this one just doesn't add up for my liking.
