Ah, did Ed fall asleep? sigh! you told her that training was grueling.

For the young boy, he shifted underneath his friend’s weight trying to move her with out actually waking her up— a grump Elric was something he was not looking to mess with! Finally, he managed to slip from under her, bringing up the warm covers that where forged for the winter coming.  Making sure the two of them where cozy, he leaned over blowing out the light from the lantern on the night stand, what a peculiar girl but saying such a thing was honestly a laugh riot in his world. How could he say peculiar when in a lot of ways they where almost the same?

Oh for godsake, Jaeger! Just tuck her in and go to bed, it’s late as it is plus all that damn nonsense with 3DMG with squabbles did tire out the young souls.

Curling beside her for body warmth, even being the loyal protector he was he murmured softly “Night, Ed” after making sure they where warm within the stone falls. With that little soft sentiment, he fell asleep making sure to guard her from t he creatures looming in the dark.

"Wanna go you little-" In the midst of another quarrel against height, the woman's eyelids fluttered as she fell into the man's arms.

Quickly catching her, he growled, "That's what you get for trying to do the paperwork all by yourself, midget." 

Carrying her over his shoulder like a bag of flour, he found the bedroom she was staying in, flopped her onto the bed and threw the covers over her before exiting the room with a huff.

"Edlyn wouldn't die so easily!" He yelled. Edlyn was strong, as strong as him. She couldn't have died. She was too hard headed like him to die. She couldn't even allow herself to get killed. So, why all of a sudden are people telling him this? He didn't believe it. It had to be just a rumor.

"She's too strong to die, she just can't die.. She can't.." His knuckles began to shake softly as he clenched his fists. He didn't believe it.. She couldn't have died.. Not yet. He wanted to die before she did.

The look the sandy-haired male gave her wasn’t a happy one. If a stare could start fires, his golden hues would have scorched her to a crisp.

"No. Even as a dare, you can’t make me sink that low. I refuse."
