Pulse MIG
Pulsed MIG/MAG welding is a variant of the conventional MIG/MAG welding process in which the current is pulsed. Pulsed MIG is especially beneficial for controlling heat input without compromising on fusion and depth of penetration. With minimum spatter while depositing weld metal across arc using controlled pulse waveform the process gets its wide acceptance for welding Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and other special applications which are otherwise difficult to weld with conventional MIG.
