Dog person, one hundred percent. Loves dogs. Has absolutely tried to bring a dog to Headquarters even though Six has said no many times.
Has many burns all over body from his extensive work with explosives.
Cares a lot about everyone around him. He’s good at focusing on the task at hand but becomes more of a liability if someone on his team is hurt. His first instinct in that situation is to help his team member.
Jordan has a good sense of humor but unlike Dominic, he knows the appropriate time to joke around.
He and Eliza are good friends and often act like siblings. He tries to maintain a good relationship with everyone on Rainbow but is better friends with the other FBI operators.
Works out to 90’s pop music purely because he knows it annoys the hell out of Eliza, Miles, and Jack.

Overtrains herself. She constantly pushes herself past her limits and often ends up injured because of it.
Incredibly reckless but would never admit it. Has gone into the field with concussions and broken bones before. Will only go to Gustave if an injury is really bad.
Eliza is a dog person as well. Has a golden retriever who she loves to jog with, alongside Jordan and his dog.
A perfectionist. This is the trait in which her habit of overtraining herself stems from. She’s taken on the role of leader for Rainbow and feels that it’s her responsibility to make sure the team is perfect.
The only person she’ll really open up to is Jordan, but even then, that’s only when she is extremely distressed and absolutely has to talk to someone. They never talk about it afterwards because Jordan understands that Eliza will only talk to him as long as he doesn’t bring it up again.
Her hair is always in a braid. Jordan calls it a battle braid and Eliza resents the fact that she wasn’t the one who came up with it.

One of the more quiet operators. Opens up more as the other operators get to know him. This trait makes him an incredible listener though.
An incredibly easy person to talk to. He does his best to make everyone he cares about feel welcome and safe.
If Jordan isn’t around, Eliza will come talk to him next if she is distressed. Doesn’t prefer talking about it to him though because he will usually follow up with her to make sure that she’s alright and although she doesn’t necessarily mind that in itself, she doesn’t want to be seen as anything less than perfect, even if that isn’t a realistic goal.
Similar to Jordan, cares about the operators around him. Notices if they’re going through something and will try to help or comfort them if warranted.
Loves both dogs and cats. Doesn’t necessarily prefer one over the other. Probably had one of each during his childhood.
Good friends with Elena as they both share a mutual love for bulletproof materials.
Carries a stapler everywhere he goes. Just in case.

Kind of the mom of the FBI operators. The main voice of reason to them besides Miles.
Also a dog person. Probably had a lot of dogs when he was younger. Loved taking them for walks and training them and being with them.
His best friend outside of the FBI operators is Yumiko. Absolutely adores her. Him, Jordan, and Yumiko are all great friends.
Always wakes up super early. Goes for a jog with Craig after he gets ready.
