A New Look for Fall Decor: An Enchanted Halloween 

As I have been on a quest for some incredible Halloween ideas, I came across some new ways to decorate your home for fall. Pumpkins are a classic, of course, but there are lots of new ways to add a little fall beauty to the look. 

For instance, adding color and texture to the humble pumpkin allows you to create a different kind of atmosphere to your fall and Halloween decorations. Did you know that a little white, blue, green or grey paint allows you to create an entirely different feel to your holiday ambiance. One of my favorite new ideas is the Halloween bling pumpkins, that I first saw when reading a blog that features more elegant tastes. 

This is just the thing that will help make your fall get together memorable. My niece is throwing a party for her daughters for Halloween...it's an enchanted Halloween party fit for a princess. Even her mom, the royal hostess is going in costume as a grown-up Belle from Beauty and the Beast. 

The kids are going to arrive in regal fashion, complete with tiaras, wands and little Disney Princess costumes. The little girls are so excited, and they've been talking about it for weeks. I'm helping with this Halloween ball, so I can't wait to see thier faces when they arrive to a house that is warm, inviting and lit with beautiful pumpkins, and filled with the fragrance of apple cider. 

Even if you aren't planning a party fit for a mini-queen, you can still utilize these decoration ideas in your fall decor. One nice thing about them is that because they are so nondescript, they easily transition from fall, to Halloween, to Thanksgiving, which saves you time for more important things: spending time with the people you love during the holidays.
