Anyone remember the old Drakes cake? It was a packaged snack cake and one of my favorites from way back when. I’ve heard they’re still available but the company that manufactures them is in different hands these days and the cake doesn’t taste like it used to. However ..... This pumpkin spice coffee cake (Recipe in the profile and on my blog) reminds me of Drakes cake only with some seasoning. It’s so moist and has a crispy oat streusel on top. Better than packaged.
