Ingredients: 1 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup milk any kind. 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Zest of 1 lemon. Ice cubes optional. Whipped cream for topping optional. Crushed graham crackers for garnish optional.
Instructions: Put Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and lemon zest into a blender. Prepare the pumpkin puree. You can also add a few ice cubes to the blender if you want a colder smoothie. Mix it up until it's creamy and smooth.
