Ingredients: 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/2 banana. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. 1 tablespoon honey optional. Ice cubes as needed. Whipped cream for garnish. Cinnamon sticks for garnish.
Instructions: Place all ingredients except whipped cream and cinnamon sticks in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
