An odd yardsale find: A punch labeller which uses Dymo tape but it was sold by Radio Shack(!) and the tape it came with is a black and silver foil instead of monochrome plastic.
Another odd detail: Much like Jot's short-lived punch labeller it feeds from the side rather than from under the handle, but unlike the Jot unit it doesn't offer a bracket to support the tape reel -- implying you feed a measured section of tape in on the left. Also, IMHO Jot should have come with this kind of foil because of its soft plastic dies; you can break the handle on a Jot trying to emboss stiff Dymo tape.
