HC confirms Death penalty for Driver Santosh Mane

Pune rogue driver Santosh M. Mane, who mowed down nine people and injured 37 others has been awarded the death sentence. A division bench of Bombay High Court comprising Justice V M Kanade and Justice P D Kode upheld the capital punishment awarded to Mane by a local court.
