Initially, Rosario is a giant flirt with a knack for getting into trouble. He’s an adrenaline junkie at heart and loves flirting with people just for fun (though sometimes he’s serious, which sucks for him since everyone thinks he’s joking) He’s not one to get upset easily and it seems nothing can phase him.
Though, despite how carefree he seems, if told to do something, he won’t do it unless he wants to-- and he can be very stubborn in that regard. He’s a very loyal friend and would stick close to those he cares about no matter what, and if he promises something, he’ll keep it. It makes him strangely dependable if you ever earn his trust. It’s the kind of stability one would get from an older brother that's just slightly older and slightly got his shit together but he’s just winging it? Yeah that’s Rosario.
He’s surprisingly sheepish when talking about his hobbies and would much rather listen to other people talk than to add anything himself. It kind of has the unintentional side effect of making him seem mysterious when really he just doesn’t like geeking out in front of people LOL

Biography:
Rosario doesn’t talk much about his past outside of Pelican Town, he’s the type of person to forget the past if it hurt him badly. Ask him about his family and he’ll immediately become sullen and clam up.
The most he’ll admit is that he probably relates to Sebastian a little more than he should.
