Eddies pov
I woke up, went downstairs and was greeted my by mum “Good morning Eddie bear” “morning mum” I then went to the kitchen and made myself some cereal after finishing up I put my bowl and spoon in the sink and went back upstairs. I got myself ready in my normal clothes which consisted of a baggy band tee, tucked into some jeans with chains, I then went over to my bedside table and grabbed my black nail polish when I remembered what y/n told me yesterday when we were cuddled up in her room,,,
“Eddie?”
“Yea”
“Y’know tomorrow when we go school can you wear the hair clips and the pastel nail polish I left at yours”
“Whatever you want love”
I then put the nail polish down and grabbed the pastel pink one and applied it to my nails then when they finished drying I opened a drawer and grabbed some hair clips she left and put them in my hair, I looked in the mirror and smiled satisfied with myself, grabbed my backpack put it on and went downstairs again, put on my combat boots and left the house shouting back at my mum “BYE MUM!” To which she responded “Bye Eddie bear” and I shut the door continuing walking to school. I then entered school and went over to the losers club “Hey guys!” They all looked at me and Richie said “What happened to you Eddie?” “What do you mean” “y-y-you’re w-w-wearing p-p-pastel pink n-n-nail p-p-polish and h-hair c-clips” Bill said “I know,,,?” I replied questionally “That’s not like you Eddie” said Stan “Oh um, well y-y-you see I-“ I got cut off by a squeal from behind me “EDDIE YOU DID IT!” I turned around to be met by y/n jumping up and down squealing “Of course I did, why wouldn’t I?!?!” I exclaimed “awww, he did it to make y/n happy” Ben said in awe, after he said that there was a couple seconds of silence before there was a chorus of ‘awww’s then Bev exclaimed Which then caused another chorus of ‘aww’s. “Anything for you love” then Bev exclaimed in excitement “HE CALLED HER LOVE!!” Which then caused ANOTHER chorus of ‘aww’s and that made y/n become red in the face and hide herself in my chest which caused me to wrap my arms around her chest which then you guessed it,,, caused ANOTHER chorus of ‘awww’s “Alright guys that’s enough now” I said laughing “come on y/n lets get going to English” she then pulled herself away “Mkay bubba” I then put my arm around her waist and we made our way to English and the last thing we heard was “He’s so whipped” which came from Richie
