Who ever said that internet friends aren't real friends, clearly didn't know what they were talking about. I've made a few really great ones, four of which I've met in real life too. I've lost one, she died last year, and I miss her, I really do.

I've had such a tough couple of weeks, because my son got diagnosed with depression and anxiety, my grandma was in a hospital for two weeks, and I've been battling with my own problems as well.

Of course my RL friends have been there for me, but so have my internet ones. And today punnkimono (from tumblr) totally made my day with her surprise gift and note. Thank you SO much. And I know if I need to talk, my friends will listen.

So thank you for every one of my interner friends, because you all are important to me, just like my RL friends are.

and what i really wanna do is curl up with my phone and watch funny youtube videos while hiding under my blanket but i can't do that because mY FUCKING PHONE IS BROKEN FUCK MY LIFE

It may be normal in the sense that it’s widespread but as you said it has consumed and hurt you for so long - normal doesnt matter, YOU and your peace of mind are the important things. Keep fighting for those. xx
