【✧】--- Issei looked over the manila file containing the information his his next target. 19 years old. The kingpin followed the stumbling boy home-- which didn’t seem too far from the bar he found him in. Silent steps make quick work of stairs as he is lead to a studio apartment tucked away from the suburbs. The door & DEADBOLT were no match for the goons Issei brought with him. Not that he needed any assistance but he was hoping not to get his hands dirty with the clean up. 

The two men stood on either side of the other-- hoisting him up by his arms. Issei noted how FRAIL he’s looked, not to mention the odd extremities of ears being visible. HOW CUTE. The killer glanced around the room finding nothing of direct value-- a clear indication that his money was no where to be found. ❛ Brave of you to stay in town. ❜ He comments, lowing himself to the level of the boy. ❛ You must have something for me. ❜
