@punsforbuns Oh man drawing Ollie was so much fun! I actually wanted to redesign Maren first but I just couldn't figure out what to about them so yeah I was drawing Ollie and I was struggling with her hair and couldn't draw it so I just drew a bun for her, but I wanted to keep the length. I ended up with the pigtail ls because they kinda resembled a merge of the two aspects of her hair. I also wanted to keep the essence of the suspenders so I decided on the overalls. However they were long and deniem at first because wearing boots with shorts is so impractical and I almost screamed. But in the end shorts looked cute so I rolled up the cuffs. When it comes to the colors it's all honestly because I wanted to put every color in her design to show off her colorful personality. Obviously that's impractical but I was able to fit orange (overalls) and pink (hair thingys) into her RYB design. It isn't too different but that's kinda was going for. I wanted her to stay essentially the same. I tried something new so it's a but messy. I hope you like it! Cool Art Trade-ish Thing!

So we’ve decided to modify a few of the original rules to have even more fun. So the four of us each will post references of at least two of our OCs with a short character description. To manage who gets who I’ll work with drawing the names to avoid any confusion or hiccups. Once everyone has their person they get to pick one of that person’s OCs without telling that person that they have them or which OC they chose to pick (too add extra mystery and fun!) There will be a two week period to redesign and draw the character (so around August 24th we’ll be done) then you can send me the designs to make a master post of all the art!

If you are confused or disagree with anything don’t be afraid to message me! I hope we can start tomorrow but if that doesn’t work for anybody then we can wait until later in the week.

top 3 show recommendations (i need more CONTENT)

This one’s difficult just because most of what I watch is on youtube lately so I’m pretty out of it with anything on TV right now. I should just apologize in advance if you’ve seen these but- if you’ve not seen it Over the Garden Wall is a great little mini-series. It’s really short, only a few episodes, but really good. Bob’s Burgers is a really good time in general and I love Louise Belcher so much. If you’re in an anime mood may I suggest the magical boy anime Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu LOVE! which is hilarious and actually pretty good. It’s also getting a second season soon so if you end up liking it then you won’t have to wait long for more.

Seriously I’m so sorry I’m so bad at show recs because I rarely watch them. Thanks for the ask anyway, though! (also I love your art and your icon!)
