There are many different subspecies that belong to the pumpkin beetle group, but the Hilaris are probably the most well known within it. This is because during Evenguiest they will carve pumpkins to be the same patterns as there wing patterns making the connection between the decorations and the Coleoptera strong. If you see a pumpkin with the 4 segments carved out in your neighborhood then it is likely a Hilaris lives there.
