The reasons why she is also called Scary Charlie is because she died way after the Originals, so she was thought to be insane after the accident of them being killed, and so when she was killed she became an urban legend in the town in were if you were related to someone that discarded her when she was alive and you came into the pizzeria, you would disappear.
