I adjusted the body posture by puppet wrap reshaping and refining the subject to make the stance look more straight and natural. The edit improves balance and gives a cleaner, more professional look.

PUPPET WARP

To use the puppet warp tool, I took an image of an elephant as I found that moving the trunk would be a good demonstration. To begin with, I quick selected the elephant and made sure my selection was as accurate as possible. I then used select and mask to place the elephant into another background as not to warp the background as well as the subject. While on the elephant layer, i then went onto Edit and Puppet Warp which then selects the subject automatically. I then changed the expansion to 20 to create more space around the elephant and then began moving the trunk. Once I successfully moved the trunk to where I wanted, I then clicked enter to complete the action.

I choose an elephant as I wanted to try move it’s trunk

Fist create a copy layer

Select area you want to move

Edit- puppet warp when area is selected

click to pin parts that you want to move. Try use area that naturally bend so it doesn’t look weird.

Deselect once you have moved the part you are wanting to move

Use clone stamp tool to get rid of excess trunk to get finished mage

FILE - NEW 

DRAG SELECTION ON TO NEW CANVAS

SELECT PUPPET WARP 

THEN MAKE PINS TO HOLD DOWN POINTS OF THE IMAGE 

SHIFT AND DRAG THE PINS TO MOVE THE IMAGE 

DOUBLE CLICK TO SET 

SAVE AS JPEG
