Not really sure what happened, but there is Hannibal wank just oozing all over the fandom. And while I know I may be labeled as a kiss-ass, I'm just going to say: 

I love Mads. Love Hugh. And all the supporting actors. Adore Bryan and David and Martha Delaurentiis. The show is gorgeous and the writing is perfection. 

I heart Alana, and I find her journey logical and compelling. Freddie makes me gnash my teeth but secretly clap my hands with glee when she comes on screen. 

Team Sassy Science forever. 

Have there been plotlines that have made me raise an eyebrow? Yes. Have there been episodes I've liked more than others? Of course. But this is the best damn show on television, period, hands down. 

And it's fandom isn't big, but they are (mostly) lovely people with so many expressive outlets that I know I could spend the rest of my life glued to this site and never see all the amazing art or read all the incredible meta. 

So if anyone is thinking of watching the show: do. 

And if anyone from the production team is reading this: keep doing what you do because it keeps me up at night in the best way possible. 

And to my warm, fuzzy corner of the fandom: thank you for being passionate and creative and amazing. I will now be filling my dash with cannibal jokes and cute puppies.
