The heavy whirring and whining of a machine limb powering up to move, and the heavy thud and crunch of building being crushed underneath. The air smells like hot metal and steam. My eyes are filled with smoke and all i can see is molten steel and something moving. This is something i just experienced. I am completely awake, although getting ready to sleep, and my eyes are open. This felt as real as anything else, even though it lasted only a moment. I dont know what to call this, really, but it feels like a memory almost.

I wanna share with you my favorite thing about the renfaire this year that happened to me.

Because I hate people seeing my face, of course I wore one of those cute medical masks, it has a kitty face print. But all of the in-character people at the faire would call me out like "Is she sick? Does she have the plague?"

At first it scared me, but ultimately i ended up enjoying it to a degree.

Im so fucking anti-censorship. If you think limiting ppls ability to create, no matter the subject matter, then you are a problem. If you think x-media should not be allowed because of various, non-regulatted and PERSONAL opinions that you hold on the morality of the subject, then I hate to say it but you have a lot of learning to do. And for the love of fuck, stop excusing and dismissing abusers, rapists, nazis, what-fucking-ever-else's actions! Media that depicts bad things are allowed to exist! It's the people in REAL LIFE that are acting on thir own willpower who should be blamed, not tge media. And if you got a problem w that, probs just block me. It's for your own good. Or stick around and try to work past your perceived "supirior morality" or whatever it is you want to call it.
