ok i forgot to take a pic before i inhaled the first one and ate half of the second - the sopes from pupusas express is just divine. crispy fried masa that holds a healthy schmear of beans, so much grilled chicken pieces that they practically spill over, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, cotija cheese, mild tomatillo sauce, jalapeño sauce, creamy avocado slices, a squeeze of lime. fulfilling and very economical too (less than 4 bucks each).
oh and their pupusas are great too but right now i am loving their sopes.
