Pure Project Lief on tap at their original location. A 4 of 4. A really great Gueuze -- if this were blind and side-by-side with some of the best from Belgium, I'd have a hard time picking it out. Has all the funk and tartness you'd expect with a bit of lemon. Great lacing and appearance, too.

Saint Arnold’s Bishops Barrel 19, All My Joy Coconut Stout with Almonds from Southern Prohibition, Rain Pilsner and Fingers Of Hold DIPA from Pure Project and lastly, I stopped by Gilla Brewing to have their new DDH DIPA Juice Run.
Pure Project + North Park Encrypted Sequence Hazy Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Lots of tropical fruit -- candy-like in places in the nose, and a ton of pineapple and some stone fruit as well. Big, complex, pungent nose and then a body that's nice and soft on the palate with tons of fruit that lingers. Very well-balanced and easy-drinking for something over 8%.
Pure Project Sun Peak West Coast Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Big bright orange and grapefruit in the nose and some nice more herbal and resinous notes in the body. Quite well-balanced and a nice big and classic West Coast IPA.
Pure Project Rock Hopper Hazy IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Really big on the tropical fruit -- smells quite juice-like -- and has a ton of complexity, too. The body is slightly soft on the palate and has the same hop complexity as the nose. Quite fruity and good.
Pure Project Peak Ascension West Coast Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Nice big West Coast IPA that has the grapefruit and pine you'd expect in the nose and body with a tiny bit of tropical complexity on top of it. Nice bitterness lingers in the body, and while this probably wouldn't stand out the pack blind, it's a really good West Coast IPA.
Pure Project Collective Illusion Hazy Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Honestly, probably one of the best IPAs I've had from Pure in a while -- just the right balance of big tropical hop complexity in the nose, a soft fruity body on the palate, and a finish with lingering fruit notes from the hops. It's not so soft and thick on the palate like some are, just really nicely balanced.
