Back in 2002 I made a Sakura x Syaoran music video using one of my favorite songs "Pure Snow" by Yuko Sasaki (I can still find it on Youtube uploaded by others). It wasn't anything special, particularly editing-wise, but because I'm falling in love all over again with CCS (back in the day I even had a shrine for my OTP called "Catch Me"), I decided to update the video using more footage, old and new. Enjoy! Note: my video editing skills didn't get dramatically better in 15 years I'm afraid. No fancy effects, just what I hope is thoughtful timing.

Nieve Pura

As usual, her response was perfect. Warm, kind, loving and unexpected. She congratulated me, which was nice. I felt a heavy sense of relief having been honest with her. We always said: honesty and communication, after all. 

It's funny how much can change in a year. It's crazy how much can change in just a few weeks. Still, I don't look back too often, so I rarely notice the changes. To me, life is just about living it the best way you can figure out how. 

It's snowing here in NYC today. I remember when I used to chase red dressed ghosts in the snow along the Hudson. The ghost wouldn't leave any footprints in the snow, which is how I would come to find out that she was a ghost in the first place. But what she would leave behind were strands of hair that I would pick up, touch and smell. 

There are no ghosts these days here in the snowfalls of New York City for me. There are no strands of jet black hair left on the white carpeted ground. There are no frozen tear drops left behind either. Just sunny smiles from warm hearts on two opposite sides of the world. 

I have known all sorts of crazy loves, but this one is the most pure. Pure because it wants what is best and nothing more.
