who said i love you first? xander, but only because avery had already told adira about xander’s feelings for her. he would have never said anything first had he not been confronted about it.
who laughs when the other trips? both. it’s such a rarity for either of them to trip and fall that it kind of shocks the other. xander’s laugh is a little richer, deeper, and louder, while adira tries so hard to hide her’s behind her hands.
who pays the bills? xander. while adira offers to help a lot, it’s hard for them not to fall a little bit into the traditional values they were raised on.
which one makes a bigger deal around the holidays? adira. even before the war, xander wasn’t as into the holidays as adira was. she’ll blow a lot of money on decorations and gifts for her friends and for him. she totally fills their entire home with mistletoe, which he’s certainly not opposed to. though, anything to see her smile honestly.
who’s more clumsy? the pair of them are a rather graceful couple, but xander can tend to me a little more clumsy than she is.
who checks their daily horoscope? neither, though if adira sees the virgo horoscope, she cant help but share it with xander. perks of being with someone with your same zodiac sign.
who sings louder in the car? neither are really much for loud and proud singing, but if one of them starts, the other will join in. it’s mainly when no one else is around and they need some cheering up.
who leaves the cap off the toothpaste? neither. they were raised better than that.
who is more up to date in pop culture? i don’t think either of them try very hard to keep up with pop culture, but adira definitely knows more.
who insists on going to see the newest movies? depends on the movie. sometimes, adira’s trying her hardest to drag him out of the house, but other times, it’s xander who’s really excited about a new film.
who cries when the abused animal commercials come on? neither, though adira would definitely be more upsetted by it than him.
who’s the lighter sleeper? neither of them sleep well at all. during the war, both of them had trained themselves not to sleep too heavily, to be ready for an attack at any time. old habits die hard, but it’s nice to have someone else who sleeps as lightly as you. when one of them wakes up in the middle of the night, the other usually follows and they talk for a bit.
who believes in ghosts? they went to hogwarts. we know this answer.
who does the grocery shopping? house elves, though for a while adira demanded she be involved in the grocery shopping. she didn’t give much of a reason behind why. she didn’t have to. i doubt either xander or adira will be able to forget the way odessa and augustus selwyn died. until she was comfortable with the house elves, he let her do what she had to do.
who updates their facebook status more often? adira. while she doesn’t share too much on her facebook but events and whatnot, it’s still more than xander. sometimes she’ll share little photos of them on vacation, and a yearly anniversary post is compulsory. he likes seeing himself on her page more than he lets on.

Who said I love you first?
Neither. Have they ever said it? Will they ever say it? Almost certainly not. Neither boy was ever particularly good at the whole emotional honesty thing so those three words tend to go unsaid. What affection they do show is normally through actions.
Who laughs when the other trips?
Both. Each time one stumbles even a little bit the other is the first to start laughing, quickly followed by the one on the floor glaring at them and muttering “You’re an asshole.”
Who pays the bills?
Xander. The former Slytherin is by far the more organised of the two and leaving things to Rion’s timetable would probably leave Xander with a heart attack. It’s just better for everyone if he does the bills.
Which one makes a bigger deal around the holidays?
Rion. Neither of them tend to care that much about holidays in general, but Rion will always make sure that their place is decorated for Halloween and will find some way to get Xander into a costume.

Xander. Rion spent too long playing Quidditch to be in any way clumsy whilst Xander finds himself unable to step onto a rug easily.

Xander, occasionally. He has a passing interest in Divination, so if he has some free time then Xander can be found skimming through the horoscopes. Meanwhile, Rion tries his hardest not to make a snide comment. He usually succeeds.

Xander, normally. He likes more different kinds of music than Rion and listening to him sing helps to make long drives pass by faster.

Neither. That kind of blatant disregard for order is something neither can stand and is saved only for when they want to be passive aggressive.
Who is more up to date in pop culture?
Rion. Given his nearly obsessive desire to know everything that he can, Rion finds himself knowing far more about the lives of the rich and famous than most would expect of him.
Who insists on going to see the newest movies?
Neither, mostly. Both of the boys have plenty of interests outside of movie going to keep most of their free time occupied. Still, if there’s something that one of them absolutely wants to see then you can be certain that they are going to see it.

Neither. They are far too stoic and reserved to actually cry at them but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t moved by them. Often, they will just change channels instead to find something else on.

Xander. After his time spent on the run, sleeping lightly became the only way that Xander was able to sleep. Luckily for him, Rion sleeps lightly too and that gives him someone to talk through the early hours of the morning with until they’re tired again.
Who believes in ghosts?
Both. They want to Hogwarts, they have to.
Who does the grocery shopping?
Neither. They’d both happily eat just about anything and growing up rich meant they had house elves to do the shopping for them, a habit which carries on for them.
Who updates their facebook status more often?
Rion. He needs to keep his various profiles updated as often as he can in order to both maintain appearances and make others jealous of the wonderful life he has. It’s a matter of pride for him to ensure that everyone knows what he’s doing.
