Day 254 Laziness. #Project365 Upon returning to the DMV, I've learned that there is a particular mentality that just plagues this area. That would be pure laziness. It seems that a lot of individuals here are always looking for shortcuts, even when it's not even needed. From something as simple as not putting the carts where they go, to driving on the shoulder of the beltway to get in front of everyone, to poor customer service.
