I always try to support Black businesses, but some of my people make it so hard. Gibson's lounge is under new ownership & name, but most people know it as Gibson's lounge. This was my Second visit, on my first visit I noticed they had a sign advertising one dollar lamp chops on a particular night I forget which night it was but anyway but me and my girlfriend decided to give'em a try..... you can't beat one dollar lamp chops .......at least that's what I thought!....... let me tell you about all the hurdles before you even get to the one dollar lamb chops........1. A $5 cover charge per person at the door 2. A two drinks minimum before you can order your food, we ordered our first drink then told the waitress we were ready to order our food, we wanted our 2nd drinks with our food. The waitress goes on to tell us "oh the manager said you can't order your food til AFTER your second drink 3. My girlfriend ordered five lamb chops and rice, and I ordered 6 lamb chops and rice. The waitress comes back and says "there is a 5 lamp chop per person limit" 6. If you want to take your leftovers home they charge you five dollars for the box.m 7.
