On a quest to find matcha that can match the quality I had in Japan. Purple Peanuts near Spencer St station did not meet my expectation as it was too sweet but the food was still delish, especially the onigiri mmm!! Yah, I chose mismatched chopsticks. XD

The trip to Whitstable sounds really lovely, very envious of your time at Jojo's. The 'drinking like a rock star' comment has been noted, at least it s not just me!
Last night we went to another Comedy Festival show to see Ruby Wax doing her stand-up show. It was very funny but also had some sombre moments as it was based on her ongoing struggle with depression. She took a 10 minute break after the main show and then came back for a Q&A session with the audience which I thought was very brave. The show didn't start until 9pm so I did Xtend Barre and then met Alex at a Japanese cafe "Purple Peanuts'. Their chicken curry is my absolute favourite and I have been known to buy it as a take away if Alex isn't around one night for dinner.
Dinner tonight was chicken thighs with the leftover Balinese spice paste, simple but delicious.
Purple Peanut's Vegetable Salad = Fresh, and healthy Japanesey goodness in a bowl! Such a good dish for lunch/ dinner on the go. Clean but filling too!
