Read this before you judge lizzington. apicturewithasmile, your sexuality isn’t huring anyone, so they shouldn’t judge you for it. Generally speaking, if someone attacks you for something irrelevant, it’s because they can’t reconcile the idea in their own minds. They feel they have to lash out because they are uncomfortable with their own inability to grasp and understand the topic. Or even worse, they themselves have similar feelings, and they hate themselves for it, causing them to attack you for feeling the same way. Don’t get too down on yourself. Your followers love you!

Have you ever tried meditation? It helps me a lot. Sometimes I just repeat to myself "relax, sleep, relax, sleep"

Hmm, no I haven't. My mind is usually swirling with thoughts when I can't sleep, or sometimes a song is stuck in my head and it annoys me so much. I will try it next time, if I can.
